About Our Lactation Consultants

Stefanie is a Registered Nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare. She graduated from the University of Memphis in 2013 and has served families in a variety of roles, including unit coordinator, medical assistant, nurse, lactation specialist, and now IBCLC. 

She has had the privilege of supporting parents and babies in both hospital and private practice settings.

Becoming a mother of three shaped her appreciation for just how different every feeding journey can be. Those experiences inspired her desire to support other families with patience, encouragement, and practical guidance.

When she’s not working with families, Stefanie enjoys camping, cooking, gardening, traveling, and spending time with her husband—a retired U.S. Air Force Tech Sergeant and Purple Heart recipient—their children, and their two Westies. She is also active in her local church and loves being involved in and serving her community.

Allie is a Registered Nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. She graduated from the University of Memphis in 2019 and brings more than seven years of nursing experience, including three years as a Mother-Baby Nurse and four years caring for infants and toddlers. She has also spent five years as a Certified Lactation Specialist, supporting moms and babies in the hospital setting.

Her background in postpartum and pediatric nursing allows her to provide compassionate, knowledgeable support with breastfeeding, pumping, newborn feeding, and the many questions that come with caring for a new baby.

As a breastfeeding mom of two, Allie understands firsthand the joys and challenges of feeding a baby. She is passionate about encouraging families and helping them feel confident throughout their feeding journey.

Allie lives in Hernando, MS, with her husband and two children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and being involved in her church.
